In addition to giving back to community organizations, Adman is also dedicated to helping grow the local economy by providing training and jobs. Adman provides a 5-year apprenticeship JATC Training in conjunction with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). NECA represents the electrical industry responsible for lighting, power, and communication systems in communities across the United States. NECA is dedicated to advancing the electrical contracting industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards development and works to promote higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a skilled workforce.
